It’s really helpful to have my Quilt Form filled out when you submit your quilt to me. So when we meet, if you have the form filled out, we can focus more on your quilt and less on filling out the form. If there are sections you don’t know how to fill out, don’t worry about it; we can discuss them when we meet!
