The Blackberry Jam Festival is a small town festival in Lowell, Oregon. Every year for the last five years we’ve created a quilt to be raffled off to support the festival. All the monies from the sales of tickets goes toward the town of Lowell in some way or another: to support the costs of the free family festival, for the parks, for the schools.
