Well, this isn’t about quilting, but it’s about another fun thing to do – crew rowing! This coming Saturday, April 10th, is our 16th annual Covered Bridge Regatta on Dexter Lake. Juniors and Masters alike will take to the water to race down our fully buoyed course. Keep your fingers crosses for good weather, no wind, perhaps a little sun, and calm waters! Our local paper, The Register-Guard, did a nice article about it.
We are always looking for new rowers, so if you want to join our club, check out the Oregon Association of Rowers
. Our Learn to Row Day is coming up in June and that’s a great way to try it out for size. All are welcome. We have many recreational rowers as well as competitive rowers…so come on down!
