I started as a freehander only, but I wanted to put a few pantographs in my quilting arsenal. I found this one called “Je t’aime” (meaning “I love you” in French) and it has a really nice texture. I would call it a medium density design, with stitching being about 1/2″ apart or so. I stitched it on a quilt with highly colored and patterned fabric, and it gave the quilt a very nice, dense texture. So I’m a believer! When I need an overall pattern, and the quilt lends itself to this type of design, I will definitely use it again. Happy quilting!
