Tis the season! This scrappy “Twinkle” quilt, made by Jan, is a great example of how wonderful a scrappy, colorful quilt can be. She chose a red flannel for the backing, and the quilting just POPS out on the flannel and is really fun. Each of the stars has a motif quilted in them and the background is an overall Swoosh ‘n Swirl pattern (learned from Sheila Sinclair Snyder).
