1. I love this time of year, after all the busy time of Christmas, the flurry of gift making, wrapping paper flying on Christmas morning, then the quiet of winter settling in. I think of all I am grateful for this past year, the many lessons learned and unexpected gifts of friendship and love as I look forward to 2011 – indeedy!

2. Ditto; what you and Gerry said! I’m still enjoying the decorations, a result of getting them up rather late in the game! The house has returned to it’s quieter self, and ahhhh………….now there’s time for quilting 🙂
