What to do for the borders? Does the quilt need borders? Well, yes, it does. For one thing, it needs to be quite a bit bigger than it currently is. For another, the design seems to warrant a border, or perhaps two. What to do? What to do?
Well, the nice thing about quilting is that there are many ways to do it, and most of them are good. It’s all about pleasing your eye for color or balance or texture. And sometimes it’s also about using what you have. Which fabrics in your stash would work (thereby saving a trip to the fabric store). So enjoy the process!
