Signature Quilt

This is a great idea for a signature quilt. Bonne made this for her brother’s wedding and it is a spectacular quilt. All the happy sentiments and sayings for the bride and groom are neatly encased in batiks of many colors. I chose not to quilt over the signature blocks because they were very small. By stitching close to the edge as often as possible, I also avoided stitching in the ditch around all the signature blocks, which worked out nicely in both design and cost.
