So how do I celebrate? Well with a frothy shaken margarita made with anejo tequilla, triple sec, fresh lime juice, homemade simple syrup and ice served up with a lime sugar/salt on the rim of the glass (thank you Gerry!), and freshly prepared guacamole (with a touch of chopped onion, salt and pepper) and some crispy tortilla chips. Nothing better! I call it dinner.
PS I’ll admit to having two! Margaritas that is.
