On New Year’s Eve I roasted this, and it’s the best roast beef I’ve ever made! All thanks to the Craftsy.com class I took on basic roasting techniques. I didn’t know what I didn’t know! Turns out I picked up a few tips and tricks.
Tonight I am roasting again. I do believe this is going to be the YEAR OF THE ROAST! I’m going to practice on beef and pork and chicken and veggies and anything else I can think of to roast.

Wow, your roast looks beautiful and I’m sure it tastes as wonderful as it looks. Cabin fever brings out the cook in all of us. However my Mac & Cheese doesn’t compare to this.
