On Christmas morning I made these cinnamon rolls from my mom’s old recipe. It is a potato based dough and is really soft, which I love. She used to make them every holiday. She would turn some of the dough into cinnamon rolls and the rest into small dinner rolls. Can you say carbo load? Oh my, I can’t begin to tell you how many of these I ate in my childhood.
