Hiking Remembered

Ah yes. I remember. It was a glorious day on top of Mt. Scott at Crater Lake. The highest peak in the park at 8,934 feet, when you have weather like we did that day, you can see a long way.

Now that we are heading into winter, I am already missing those summer days. And the hiking. It gets dark so early and I can’t make it home in time to hike. But fall and winter have their advantages too…because soon it will be SEWING SEASON!

I need to get my sewing machine out and re-introduce myself. “Hello, sewing machine. How are you? What have you been doing all summer?”

I do have fun projects lined up, so that won’t be a problem. Just need to find the time……

Happy sewing!
