If you haven’t yet tried the fudge from The Brigittine Monks in Amity, Oregon, well you are missing out! While I haven’t been to the Monastery yet, I have had the opportunity to consume several pounds of their delicious fudge over the years. Unfortunately, a one pound box doesn’t last long at my house. Oops, did I say that out loud?
You can visit the chocolate shop at the Monastery in Amity, buy from them directly at their website, or you can also find their fudge at Made in Oregon.
I’ve decided to talk about Oregon foods whenever I find something of interest. So for those of you who live in Oregon, it’s kind of a shop local thing. For those of you who don’t live here, not to worry. Most of the companies I’ll talk about most likely will have websites and they will be happy to ship to you.
No, I’m not getting a kick-back from the monks (darn!), nor am I a paid affiliate. I just want to spread the word when I find something I consider truly wonderful.
And I just shipped two pounds to my brother’s family….boy are they going to be surprised! (They don’t read my blog, so I’m safe mentioning this!)
